Cancellation Agreement

  • I am canceling my trip scheduled by Adventure Advising.

  • I am aware that Adventure Advising has no control over the fees assessed by Tour Operators as a result of cancellation.

  • I am aware that Adventure Advising has no control over whether cancellations result in a cash refund or a travel voucher.

  • I am aware that Adventure Advising has no control over any of the feels 3rd parties might assess for cancellation.

  • I understand that if I initiate any chargeback with my credit card company to avoid these fees, Adventure Advising will be forced to exercise all rights and remedies under the law to uphold all previously agreed upon contracts.

  • I understand that Adventure Advising does not intend to punish travelers who cancel their trips (it happens). We do this because third parties seek payment directly from us. The cancellation fees don’t go away just because you initiate a chargeback on your card. As a result, Adventure Advising must pursue legal action and will incur attorneys' fees and costs which will be then be included in addition to all cancellation fees.

  • I understand that Adventure Advising will charge a $100 per room cancellation fee, to cover the time spent quoting, planning, and booking this vacation.

  • By agreeing to book with Adventure Advising, you agree to pay this cancellation fee of $100 per room should a cancellation for any reason be necessary. Perhaps consider changing your vacation dates in order to avoid the cancellation penalty.
